Loading & shipment
How your order leaves the yard
A 40ft high-cube holds about 22 tonnes of packed cartons. The photographs below are real loads from the yard and containers we ship from — we have not staged them for the camera. FOB Yiwu or Ningbo by default, CIF and DDP on request.
Real loading photographs
What does loading actually look like?
Photographs taken at the yard and during loading. What you see is how your order is actually handled.
These photographs are published unblurred at the client’s request — authenticity over polish.
How an order runs
How many steps to a loaded container?
Six steps, and you see the goods before the last one.
You send the list
Item references, quantities and the destination port. A mixed list is fine — most first orders are mixed.
We quote ex-works
Unit price, lead time, carton dimensions and a loading plan for the container you intend to fill.
Sample confirmed
For made-to-order items we recommend one sample first. You check the finish and colour under your own lighting.
Production
Stock items ship within 7 days. Made-to-order runs take 25–45 days depending on quantity and finish.
Packing and inspection
Each carton is padded and labelled with the SKU and your order number. Heavier items go on pallets.
Container loaded

Questions
Questions buyers ask before ordering
How much can you fit in one container?
A 40ft high-cube holds about 22 tonnes of packed cartons, depending on the item and how it is stacked. The loading photographs on this page show real loads, not staging.
Do you ship to Europe and North America?
Yes. We quote FOB Yiwu or Ningbo by default, and can arrange CIF or DDP through our forwarders. Give us the destination port and we will price both.
How are the goods packed?
Each carton is padded and labelled with our SKU and your order number. Pallets are used for the heavier items. The photographs here show our actual packing and loading process.
Can you ship mixed products in one container?
Yes, for most of the catalogue. Send your list and we will propose a loading plan that fills the container to weight or to volume, whichever binds first.
Send us the list, get a price back
Tell us the products, the quantities and the destination port. We reply with an ex-works price, a lead time and a loading plan.
