What this site collects when you contact us, why, and how to have it removed.

What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, company, business email, WhatsApp or phone number, company website, destination market, the kind of buyer you are, an order quantity band, an incoterm, a timeline, your interest and your message. Only the fields marked * are required. We ask for the market and the buyer type because the reply depends on them: certification, voltage and pricing differ between a hotel project in Dubai and a wholesaler in Hamburg.
Consent
The form carries an explicit consent checkbox. Nothing is sent until you tick it, and the only thing we do with the contents is answer your enquiry.
How the message reaches us
Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, a form-handling service based in the United States, which acts as our processor and does not use your details for its own purposes. Analytics on this site are limited to what our host records about requests.
What is stored in your browser
The inquiry list is kept in your own browser (localStorage) so that products you add are still there when you come back. It never leaves your device until you send it, and clearing your browser storage removes it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and the correspondence around them are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is live, and for two years afterwards, which is how long a repeat order usually takes to arrive. We do not sell or rent contact data, and we do not send newsletters.
Your rights
Write to the address below and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU or the UK you also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.

Talk to us directly
A person answers, not a bot. Send the item references you are interested in and the market they are going to, and you will have a price and a lead time back.
